William S. Weprin serves as Chairman of the Board and President of The Beerman Realty Co.  A 1967 graduate of Ohio State University, Mr. Weprin joined Beerman Realty in 1971.  In 1975 he accepted the roll as CEO of the company.  Proud to carry on the tradition of enduring quality services that his predecessor, the late Arthur Beerman possessed, Mr. Weprin continues to lead the company with his vision of first-class development.  He remains committed to building excellence and satisfaction to the customer.  For over 60 years, the company remains a successful leader in the commercial real estate industry.
